On February 21, Xiangyang signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the HubeiInstitute of Aerospace Chemical Technology. Under the agreement, the two sides will jointly build China Aerospace Graphene Industry Base in Central China.
According to the agreement, Xiangyang city will make full use of Hubei aerospace chemical technology institute’s technical advantages in grapheme and mainly build t pilot production line of grapheme in the first phase to create industrialization platform of civilmilitary integration. The platform aims to occupy the commanding height of graphene application industrialization rapidly and build research and development base of graphene in Central China. They will cooperate with aerospace and new energy automobile enterprises to form industrial cluster and strive to be the leader of graphene industry.
